Sex Therapy in San Diego . . . Start the Adventure!
Married for almost 50 years and in the field of Human Sexuality about that long as well, we appreciate the significance of sexual expression for health and a sense of well-being. Each of us has a particular perspective and particular strategies for working with individuals and couples.
Barbara has been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in Sex Therapy since the mid 1980s. Her published research and writing focuses on the topics of intimacy, sexuality, spirituality and ecology. Barbara began her counseling career in the late 1960s, developing a relational and developmental perspective that she now applies in Enhancing Romancing™. Barbara received her Ph.D. at Pacifica Graduate Institute in Depth Psychology. She is a regular lecturer in the Department of Psychiatry at the UCSD School of Medicine on the topic of “Sexuality in Relationships.”
